Description:

Seeds (5 pieces per pack).

Bird of paradise (Strelitzia reginae) is an evergreen, beautiful plant native to South Africa. It is called the Bird of Paradise because of the resemblance of its flowers to those of a fairy tale bird.

The plant is easy to grow from seed, as long as the temperature conditions are maintained and the planting is sterile and the soil is optimally moist. Soak the seeds for two days in warm water, cleaning them from the yellow flecks beforehand. After the seeds swell, remove the rest of the fruit pulp.
Soil can be used as a universal substrate.
Prepared seeds one - two planted in cups, covered with soil with sand (backs left visible) and sprayed with water. Cover with film or glass and put in a bright place.
During cultivation, protected from direct sunlight, use plenty of water and frequent sprinkling.
Temperature: During the growing season it is normal for living areas, but in winter it should not exceed 14°С.
