Trumpet tree seeds
Description:
Seeds (5 pieces per pack).
Rosy trumpet tree (Tabebuia rosea) is one of the most beautiful trees with delicate pink flowers during flowering. It is an undemanding plant. Keep in a bright place, in hot summer time a good regular watering with warm water and protection from direct sun is necessary.
Seeds before sowing soak for 8-10 hours in warm water. Sow in a light mixture on the basis of inert loosening agents so that a small part of the seed remains above the surface. Moisten with a sprayer, cover with foil and germinate at +22-24 °C. Sprouts usually appear from 2 weeks to 2 months. In spring and summer the optimum temperature is +25-30 °C, and not below +7 °C in winter.
The plant is demanding of humidity, but does not tolerate spraying. In dry weather you can put a pot with Rosy trumpet tree seeds on a tray or a box with wet peat or moss. Young plants are transplanted annually, usually in the spring.
