Agave seeds
Description:
Seeds (5 pieces per pack).
Queen Victoria Agave (Agave Victoriae-Reginae). An attractive succulent species native to Mexico. The leaves are stiff, elongated triangular in shape, with a brown point. It is one of the oldest and most cultivated plants.
Seeds are sown into a loose substratum at a depth of 0.5-1 cm, moistened with a sprayer, covered with film and germinated in the light with protection from the sun at a temperature of +20-25 °C. Sprouts need airing. Avoid overwatering and drying the seeds.
Seeds germinate within 5-7 days. After seedlings appear, they are planted in small pots, one year later transplanted into larger pots. Mature specimens are transplanted once every 2-3 years.
Plants are kept in the room on a sunny window sill, in the garden or on the balcony. Watering is moderate, limited in winter. Large specimens are kept in a cool, bright, dry room in winter.
