American Sweet Gum (Liquidambar styracifluabonsai) seeds (pack of 12).

Seeds must have cold stratification in order to germinate. To do this, place the seeds in the refrigerator for 30-90 days until they are ready for planting. Then soak the seeds in water for a few hours. Remove the seeds from the water, place on a damp paper towel, place in a plastic bag and place in the refrigerator for at least two days.

Sow the seeds into small pots and place them in a cool but sunny location. Keep the soil moist. The initial temperature should be around 15° C. Over a period of 2 weeks, slowly increase the temperature to 22°C.

The seeds start to germinate after 3-4 weeks.
