Jelgava Promenade 4103M

Jelgava, on the banks of the Driksa River, Janis Cakste Boulevard promenade created on two levels - a sidewalk, benches and observation platforms above, and on the lower level you can walk along the path on the banks of Driksa or go on a boat trip.

Walking along the lower path, you can walk under the water wall and stay dry. The sculpture of Karlis Ile - the Jelgava student fountain symbolizes Jelgava as the capital of Latvian students. A leaky umbrella "protects" it from the rain. The handle of the umbrella has a special power - you need to wish and touch, then it will definitely come true.
