Riga Railway bridge 4018M

Railway bridge over the Daugava in Riga. Built in 1914. Located next to the old railway bridge (only two pillars remain in the river). In order to ensure navigation on the Daugava, one section could be lifted with an electric drive. During the war, the bridge was badly damaged and was only rebuilt in 1955.
