Orchid soil

Orchid potting mix should meet the plant’s needs as fully as possible and mimic its natural habitat.

Main components:
- 60% pine bark provides aeration and drainage
- 20% sphagnum moss retains moisture and creates a soft substrate structure
- 10% perlite improves aeration, regulates moisture, and prevents compaction
- 10% lava provides porosity and ensures a gradual release of moisture
pH 5.5–6.5

The addition of coconut charcoal improves drainage, inhibits the growth of harmful microbes, and prevents root rot.

Please note that each orchid species is unique, and the ratio of components is selected individually based on growing conditions and observations of the plant.
