Pine bark

Pine bark is actively used in bonsai cultivation, as it has a lot of useful properties:
- improves soil structure and aeration;
- prevents soil compaction;
- retains moisture, but prevents water stagnation in the pot;
- decomposes slowly, gradually releasing organic matter into the soil;
- creates an environment for beneficial microorganisms;
- slightly acidic pH.
